Project Overview
Working with Epika Fleet Services, I designed a mobile application that transforms fleet maintenance documentation. This project replaced paper-based processes with an intuitive digital system featuring optimized interfaces for mechanics in shop environments. The result is a streamlined solution that improves efficiency, reduces errors, and allows technicians to focus on repairs rather than paperwork.
Epika's mechanics struggled with a paper-based system that created bottlenecks throughout their fleet maintenance operations. Paper forms were easily damaged or lost in shop environments, documentation was inconsistent, and approvals faced delays. Technicians had limited access to maintenance history while working in the field, and manual data entry caused billing delays.
